Booking & Quotes

Booking & Quotes

ARRO is not accepting quote requests yet — we are preparing to launch in Calgary. Join the early access list with your vehicle details, and we will contact you when service opens. Once ARRO begins quoting, VIN-based pricing will be used to match the correct glass, trim, sensors, and options before a final price is provided.
Public pricing is not active while ARRO is preparing to launch. Once service opens, pricing will depend on the vehicle, VIN, glass availability, required mouldings or clips, location, and installation requirements. Any final quote will be confirmed before booking.
Installation

Installation

Once service opens, a windshield installation is generally planned to take 60–90 minutes on-site. After installation, ARRO will confirm the minimum drive-away time (MDAT) before the vehicle is driven.
Once bookings open, the customer will need to be reachable and the vehicle must be accessible in an approved location. ARRO will confirm access details before service is scheduled.
Once service opens, outdoor installation will depend on safe weather and site conditions. If weather or location conditions make installation unsafe, ARRO will reschedule instead of forcing the job.
After replacement, ARRO will confirm the specific minimum drive-away time (MDAT) before the vehicle is driven. During MDAT: no driving. First 24 hours: avoid highways, sharp bumps, car washes, and door slamming. Full adhesive cure completes within 24–48 hours.
Scheduling

Scheduling

Bookings are not open yet. ARRO is preparing mobile auto glass service in Calgary and will announce service hours when operations launch.
Not yet. ARRO is not accepting bookings or urgent service requests during pre-launch. Once service opens, windshield timing will depend on glass availability, VIN confirmation, and safe installation conditions.
Once service opens, most windshield installations are planned to take about 60–90 minutes on-site, plus a minimum drive-away time that ARRO confirms before the vehicle is driven.
ARRO will publish the final cancellation and rescheduling policy before bookings open. Any deposit or trip-fee terms will be shown clearly before a customer confirms service.
Glass & Quality

Glass & Quality

Standard is aftermarket glass that meets OEM specifications — same shape, thickness, and safety rating. It's what most independent shops install. Premium is OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) glass from Pilkington or Fuyao — the same brands used by dealerships. We typically recommend Premium for vehicles under 3 years old or leased vehicles.
The urethane adhesive is the structural bond — it holds your windshield in place during a crash and is part of your airbag deployment system. We use SikaTack® Global-30 and our technician is Sika-certified. This isn't marketing — it's the difference between a structurally sound install and a liability.
No, ARRO does not currently offer standalone rock chip repair. Our team holds AGSC/NWRD Repair Specialist certification, so we can honestly tell you when a chip repair is enough and when replacement is the safer option.
ADAS & Calibration

ADAS & Sensors

No. ARRO does not perform ADAS calibration. If your vehicle has a forward-facing camera or driver-assistance features, we will flag it where identified and recommend a qualified calibration provider. Calibration, warning lights, diagnostic codes, camera aiming, and ADAS function are not covered by ARRO's workmanship warranty.
Warranty

Warranty

Lifetime workmanship warranty for eligible replacement work — for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers installation-related issues such as leaks, wind noise, loose mouldings, or seal problems. It does not cover new rock damage, accidents, vehicle body condition, or ADAS calibration. Read the full warranty page →
Contact ARRO as soon as you notice it. We will review your original work order, inspect the leak, and determine whether it is caused by installation workmanship, vehicle condition, or another source. Covered workmanship issues are corrected at no labour charge.
Payment

Payment

Deposit ($50): Credit card via Stripe, linked through our booking flow.
Balance on completion: E-transfer (preferred — no fees), credit card via Square, or cash.
If ARRO uses a deposit after launch, the purpose will be to confirm the booking and support vehicle-specific glass ordering. Deposit terms will be shown clearly before a customer confirms service.
Once service opens, ARRO’s goal is to provide a clear final quote before booking. Any confirmed quote should include the known glass, labour, GST, and any confirmed travel or special-installation fees before service is scheduled.
Aftercare

Aftercare

During MDAT (30 min – 2 hrs after install): no driving at all — wait for us to confirm your minimum drive-away time before moving the vehicle.
First 24 hours: drive slowly and carefully — avoid highways, sharp bumps, car washes, and slamming doors. Keep retention tape on if applied.
After 24 hours: resume normal driving. Full adhesive cure completes within 24–48 hours.
Wait 24 hours before cleaning. Use a clean microfibre cloth and an ammonia-free glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads and automatic car washes with high-pressure jets for the first week.
